Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping option and your location. Delivery estimates do not include the processing time.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through our carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@vshredmd.com within 7 business days of the delivery date.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
